As you probably understood this is me drawing back in 1993...20 years before...i was 15 back then.... i was drawing as a child and as a teenager but suddenly at the age of 20 i stopped... i was more focus at applied graphic arts back then but my love to draw comics was always there...
i discovered poser 5 years ago and i was so glad cause i skipped what i was lacking more....anatomy knowledge...
these 2 images are handrawn using acrylic colors...
I'm so glad you came back ... your art is fantastic. I have been a lifelong cartoonist, and am continually amazed at how many others I run across who loved cartooning as kids ... were uber-talented ... and then, just "walked away!"
Cool to publish it, When I saw this it I think that : 1) you always been a good drawer and artist (far more better than I ) and 2) 1993!? - I'm really older than you
It also make me think of some picture that alex ross drawn as a child that I've seen in his book "Mythology : the art of Alex Ross". If you never seen it, it really worth having it.
Of course i have the bible of Alex Ross...awesome book by the way...i wish i had my drawings somewhere...but my parents werent tactical on these things and i was too lazy!
Ah, memories... it's always nice to remember how things used to be.
Why don't you try to make a more traditionally made piece of art again? you could see if you improved, or find that you're missing out on using some skills
