Wow, thank you! I haven't seen this brush technique used before. In fact I was rather perplexed by the mixer brush and couldn't figure out what it was for, so I gave up on it.

I thought I know everything about Photoshop, but stuff like these always reminds me that painting(or post-work some 3D guys may called it) is only less than 1/3 of the potential of PS, the rest is uncharted territory that is yet to be explored.
